1. Payment
   You agree to pay for your advertising in advance of printing or publishing. No advertisement will be included in the paper version or on the website if payment of an invoice has not been received by the due date.
2. Content
   We reserve the right to refuse acceptance of your advertisement should we deem the content to be misleading, malicious, libellous, defamatory, pornographic or unacceptable for reasons we deem necessary.
   The content, imagery, names, addresses, contact details and hyperlinks in your advert must be checked for validity before publishing, either in copy supplied by you or created copy provided by us on your behalf. Any draft proof we supply must be checked and verified before publishing. New Chinnor Pump Limited cannot be held responsible for any advertisement content or errors in the advertisement once you have supplied or approved proof copy. New Chinnor Pump Limited cannot be held responsible for any products or services, offers or gifts, offered in the content of your advertisement, howsoever worded.
3. Editing and Remova
   New Chinnor Pump Limited reserve the right to edit any content of any advertisement supplied by you for any reason we deem necessary. We reserve the right to resize your advertisement to fit the space available within a 10% factor of fitment to the size of advertisement space we offer. We further reserve the right to remove your advertisement for any reason we deem necessary without consultation or refund, however we will likely contact you beforehand to explain our reasons.

4. Advertisement run renewal & rebilling
   We will endeavour to invoice you a month before your current advertising run ends to ensure continuity of your advertisement unless you specify that you wish the run to end at the end of the run or before, preferably via email or telephone. If you wish the run to continue or be extended, we require you to pay before or on the due date or advise us of any extension as soon as possible. Failure to pay a renewal invoice by the due date will indicate that you wish the run to end and we will remove your advertisement from all future issues after the run ceases.

In order to ensure enough time to typeset and layout the New Chinnor Pump, we'd prefer to get any contributions and submissions in as soon as possible. Please send your submission before the penultimate Wednesday of the month. Here's a calendar for easy reference:

We offer advertising both within the PAPER version and on the website here.

PAPER SIZES:

The pump is an A4 sized document, so we can offer the following advert sizes:

Whole Page, 1/2, 1/4, 1/5th and 1/10th of a page, The 1/10th size is generally equivalent to a Business Card size. Here are some examples:

We can of course offer advertisements in differing sizes by request. Supplied artwork will sometimes be altered by width or height to fit the available allocated space. If you require it, we can create your advert for you through our in house graphic design service. Please contact us to discuss your requirements.

WEBSITE SIZES:

We can offer various sizes for website advertising but the most common is banner advertising, typically 1894 x 430 pixels.

All advertisements sent to us should ideally be the highest resolution, at 300dpi. We can accept any graphic format including original artwork PDF files, PNG, JPG, BMP, EPS, PSD, SVG, WMF etc. WORD or POWERPOINT Documents can also be accepted. All fonts to be embedded 

All files should be 300dpi & in Colour or Greyscale.

If you don’t have an advert ready-made, we can produce them, please email Chas to discuss what you need and we can quote you to design one for you.

Our minimum run is THREE MONTHS for all other advertisement sizes. Payment in advance is required.

We also offer a Leaflet drop service to be included with the Pump delivery. For approx. 3000 leaflets delivered: £80.00 You will need to supply the leaflets.

We have a circulation of approximately 3500+ distributed free to all households in Chinnor and surrounding hamlets.
